• How does an order work with us? ​

We are not a company dealing with routine orders. We are used to solving problems that no one else knows how to deal with. Our approach to orders also corresponds to this.​

• Initial consultation (free)​

We always need to understand the assignment as best we can first. We will be happy to set aside time for you, either for a personal, online or telephone meeting. If we find that we are unable to help you, thanks to our wide contacts we will at least try to recommend someone who can handle the problem.​

• Design of conceptual solutions and price calculation (free)​

We often propose several different solutions that are able to fulfill the assignment, but differ in terms of user comfort, the price for possible expansion of functionality, etc... We will prepare a price offer for each of the variants.​

• Creating a detailed entry and setting deadlines​

If one of the presented options suits you, we will mutually agree on the detailed specification and agree on the dates.​

• Dealing with the order and handing over the order​

Although we try to convey our results in the most comprehensible form possible, we are also able to discuss the results in person and explain any ambiguities​

• Long-term support​

We expect that the transfer of results does not end the contact for us. We are used to long-term cooperation and the possibility of telephone consultations. ​
